Purchasing a wristband and entering the venue imply full acceptance of these Regulations.

1. Organiser

Colors Porto Santo is organised by the Avivando Association — Cultural, Sports and Recreational Association — Porto Santo, Madeira. VAT: 518 088 316.

2. The Event

Colors Porto Santo is an open-air participatory cultural event celebrating colour, music and the encounter between people. It takes place in a public space and may be subject to weather and operational conditions.

3. Venue Access

Access is granted exclusively with a valid official wristband. The wristband:

  • is personal and non-transferable;
  • must be worn on the wrist and kept on throughout the event;
  • if damaged, tampered with or removed, may be considered invalid.

4. Children

The event is open to all ages:

  • Up to 3 years old — free entry;
  • Aged 4 to 11 — child wristband;
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

5. Wristband Sales

Wristbands may be purchased online (official channels), at authorised physical points, or on the day of the event (subject to availability). Prices may vary according to sales phases.

6. Colour Powder Gift

Wristbands purchased up to the day before the event may include 1 bag of colour powder, according to the campaign in force. Wristbands purchased on the day itself may not include a powder gift.

7. Online Purchase Pickup

Wristbands bought online may be subject to in-person pickup at the location and times announced by the organiser. Proof of purchase and identification must be presented when requested.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Once a purchase is confirmed, returns or refunds are not accepted, except where required by applicable law. As this is an event with a specific date, the right of withdrawal under consumer law may not apply. Full conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

9. Security

The organiser may refuse entry to or remove participants for inappropriate, dangerous or unlawful behaviour. The following are prohibited from entering the venue:

  • dangerous objects and weapons;
  • glass;
  • pyrotechnics;
  • illegal substances;
  • external colour powder.

10. Liability

Participation is at the participant's own risk. The organiser is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings, damage to clothing or objects, or misuse by third parties.

11. Colour Powder

The powder used is suitable for recreational events. Participants with allergies, asthma or respiratory sensitivity should consider their participation carefully.

12. Image Rights

By taking part in the event, the participant authorises the capture and use of image, video and sound for promotional, institutional and communication purposes of the event, except where legally valid objection is raised.

13. Changes

The organiser may change schedules, programme, venue or conditions for operational, weather, safety or official reasons.

14. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on official channels.

15. Final Provisions

Any matters not covered will be resolved by the organiser in accordance with applicable law.
