Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of wristbands and products on the official Colors Porto Santo website. By completing a purchase, you declare that you have read and accept them.

2. Products

Available products include event access wristbands for Colors Porto Santo and official merchandise (clothing and accessories). All prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

3. Purchase Process

1. Add products to your cart;
2. Fill in your personal details;
3. Select payment method;
4. Confirm the purchase after accepting the regulations and privacy policy;
5. You receive a confirmation email with your QR access code.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed by Easypay, an entity regulated by Banco de Portugal, through the following methods:

• MB WAY;
• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard);
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay.

Payment data is securely processed by Easypay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store card data.

5. Prices and Sales Phases

Prices vary according to the sales phase in force. Check the wristbands section on our website for updated prices.

6. Delivery and Collection

Wristbands and orders that include wristbands (including packs) are collected exclusively in person, free of charge, at the Colors store, at Largo do Pelourinho, in the centre of Vila Baleira (Porto Santo), from 1 August 2026.

Orders consisting only of merchandise (items without a wristband, such as t-shirts, caps or magnets) have two delivery options:

• Free collection at the Colors store (Largo do Pelourinho, Vila Baleira), from 1 August 2026;
• Postal delivery to the address provided by the customer — applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, before completion and payment.

The maximum delivery period for postal orders is 30 days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Wristbands and event access products. Pursuant to Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure-related services with a specific date or period of performance. As they have a set date, wristbands and event access packs carry no right of withdrawal.

7.2. Merchandise. The right of withdrawal does apply to merchandise items (goods that do not include a wristband): you have 14 days, from the date you receive the goods, to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To exercise it:

• Communicate your decision unequivocally, by email to team@colorspxo.com or by post to the address in section 1 (you may use the model form in section 8);
• The refund is made using the same payment method, within 14 days of the communication, and may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or proof of their return;
• The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you;
• Goods must be returned without signs of use beyond what is necessary for their inspection.

8. Model Withdrawal Form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract relating to merchandise items.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Merchandise items benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Decree-Law no. 84/2021 of 18 October. You have a period of 3 years, from delivery of the good, to exercise rights for lack of conformity — namely repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, as provided by law. This guarantee does not apply to wristbands and event access products, which are dated access services.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal applicable to merchandise (point 7.2) and the legal guarantee of conformity (point 9), after payment confirmation cancellations are not accepted for wristbands and event access products, except as required by law or in case of event cancellation by the Organization — in which case the value of the wristbands will be refunded.

11. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be sent to team@colorspxo.com. You also have access to the electronic Complaints Book at livroreclamacoes.pt.

In the event of a consumer dispute, you may refer the matter to the competent alternative dispute resolution entity:

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Porto Santo have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
